Hey guys, here's an update for you. I got it to work with this program I found on download.com called "The Green Bow VPN client." Apparently the rv082 has some issues with the SSH Sentinel client, and the windows client was way too confusing for me. And if it's confusing to me, no doubt the end users would go crazy trying to figure it out.
